2nd time eating here. Had the massaman curry with chicken, wonton soup, and the special, Vietnamese vegetable samosas. Tried the Thai ice tea also. Both times food was solid, although curry the first time around had a better flavor. Could give a bit more rice for the amount of curry. Food ready on time. Building and Inside is an older place due to area. Convenient quick walk from hotel across street.

Food was amazing and priced so reasonably. Our waitress was absolutely swamped and still managed to get everything right. She deserves a raise!!

My favorite restaurant in the state. I've been coming here for as long as they've been open. My Pops and I agree that if we had the chance, we'd eat there everyday for the rest of our lives. Straight up comfort food. The service is IMPECCABLE everytime, no matter how busy they are. This family KNOWS WHATS UP, GO EAT THEIR FOOD!

Absolutely delicious. Seriously. The grilled pork vermicelli bowl was crisp and refreshing and honestly just delicious. Can't wait to try their pho next! Get there early. It fills up fast.

Come to Pho Capital, Pho sure. Came here after shopping at The Get Up around the corner and the woman working here recommended this place for lunch. It's a little off the beaten path in an unassuming location, but inside it's cozy and welcoming. The service here was prompt and friendly, and everything we ate was delicious. The pork spring rolls are crispy and come with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce. The shrimp rice rolls were fresh and chewy. I had the spicy beef and pork noodle soup special which hit the spot on this freezing cold day. The chicken curry rice was my brother had was also perfectly done and the Vietnamese pancake my mom ordered was totally different than anything I've ever tried before - highly recommend! Loved that Jasmine tea was served complimentary. If you're looking for alcohol this is not the place, but it seems to be BYOB.

I've never had a bad meal here. It's one of my favorite local restaurants. The food is so fresh and delicious. They offer free, hot tea with every meal. They also have a large list of refreshing boba and bursting bubble teas and juices. My favorites here are the Pho Beef Special, the seafood Vietnamese Crêpe, all their rolls are excellent. Service is always excellent; they all work so hard and it's a got a very busy to go operation, so definitely be prepared to order from home to go or patiently wait with a nice boba tea.

This place is always delicious! A must when in Mpl! Food is flavorful and the staff is friendly. Takeout is great too.
